Throughout my teaching experience I have witnessed the impact that alternative seating has on the success of student’s learning. As a special education teacher many of my students succeed when they are given the opportunity to appropriately move as they learn. I would like to incorporate wobble chairs and ball chairs into my classroom environment to enhance their learning abilities. These donations will improve my classroom by giving the students a variety of seating choices to best fit their learning needs. The students will have a choice in which seating option helps them stay engaged in their learning and work comfortably throughout the school day.
