An iPad helps students who are kinesthetic and visual learners open up the doors of education and individualize their learning experiences. The iPad will become a tool that will help create more authentic learning experiences in the classroom as well as build twenty first century skills that our children need in order to be successful in a quickly evolving technical world. My students will be able to work in centers with the iPads, writing, reading, learning phonemic awareness skills, working with math manipulatives and more. iPads are integral and amazing tools that should be present in every classroom. Without consistent access to technology, my students are not able to access 21st century skills. I believe that they should not be held back because of lack of funds, but deserve to explore and learn on the same level as students who have this access. Our classroom will be forever changed by the addition of iPads. All students will be able to access learning through technology on a daily basis - amazing!
