I am a Little Kids Rock teacher who works in an inner city school where one hundred percent of the students are considered as "at risk". We are pleased that our talented students find a positive outlet for expression through music. We have more than two hundred middle school guitar students on campus in grades 6-8. Students learn how to play the guitar and perform the music that they love. They work in small groups(individual rock bands) as well as large guitar ensembles(like a guitar orchestra) and perform cover songs as well as original music.
