Students will receive a new book at the start of each break: Thanksgiving, Winter Break, Spring Break, and several books to take home over the summer. Students will also be encouraged to complete a sharing sheet to tell about what they've read over each break. Parents will also participate in this with their child. Students in grades K-3 who do not have access to books at home, will receive special books at each extended holiday break. This project gets books into the homes of those children who need them the most and encourages a love of reading while improving their reading success!
