As a teacher of gifted and talent students, I am always striving to find ways to challenge and grow their talents as readers and writers. With the books I selected, I am seeking to strengthen their reading skills and attract them to different, more difficult books. These books are from every genre, and appeal to every type of reader - boys, girls, fantasy-lovers, history junkies, graphic-novel enthusiasts, mystery-seekers, and more! Most of my students are reading on a middle school or even a high school level. Therefore, having higher-level books in our classroom library can ensure that I am encouraging them to meet their potential! In my list, I chose books in every genre to attract every type of reader!
