These supplies will get so much use from me and my students. I am currently working on my classroom library. I want to make it a place where kids want to come and read books. The plastic bins I have requested will be sturdy enough to hold all of the wonderful books we currently have. Creating a classroom library that is visually appealing will draw their attention to the books. The listening center and books will be used as a literacy center in hopes of building their confidence in reading. This will be a place they can go to just sit back and listen to a book being read to them while they follow along. This is a great learning tool for my students because the majority are English language learners. Being able to listen to a story being read fluently will really help build their vocabulary.
