My preschool students need hands on learning experiences. When we learn new material, they need to see visuals and get hands-on experience with the material. Most of their learning is play-based. I focus on increasing their length of utterances and improving their language skills, articulation and phonology. All the materials and supplies I am requesting already have a purpose and lesson plan attached to them. We need a Fisher Price Little People Animal Friends Farm, a Mr. Potato Head Silly Suitcase, play fruits and vegetables and sensory items. I provide services in early intervention. I serve students in a variety of classrooms and settings. It would be ideal for me to provide each of these classrooms with materials to help students master the curriculum used by me and the other teachers. These materials will be used throughout this school year and for many more to come.
