Flexible seating is a wonderful way to keep students engaged in learning. I have a classroom of twenty boys and eight girls. Many of my boys have a hard time being still during independent work time. During this time, they are given the opportunity to sit anywhere they like in the classroom to work. Most of them choose to sit in the two bean bag chairs that I have. Since I only have two chairs, many of my students end up sitting on the floor. These wobble chairs will help my students stay focused while getting their wiggles out at the same time. I am so excited to see the how these chairs will help my students stay focused and ultimately increase academic achievement.
