My band and orchestra students are learning to play instruments virtually from home, some of them for the first time. The second monitor will give them a better opportunity to have me assess their progress during class more accurately. Learning to play an instrument requires a lot of attention to detail and maintaining correct posture and hand positions while playing. A second monitor will ensure that I can easily see all of my students and assess their posture and positions during our class so that no one gets overlooked.
