In MESA MATH Safety is my first priority and we are currenlty going through the engineering design process on how to build and design any of our projects. Our first project will be on Rockets and we will be building up to Water Bottle Rockets which students will be using 90psi to pressurize the rocket and they need safety goggles to protect them in case one of the rockets were to malfunction. I also have several other projects lined up which the goggles will be used for such as gliders and catapults and mouse trap cars. For me to have a safe lab means we can have more projects in my classroom.
