The reading materials requested will make exciting reading learning fun for all readers in kindergarten through second grade reading electives. The students will play the sight word and high-frequency games in literacy centers to reinforce what is taught in the classrooms, guided reading, and pull-out interventions. The 3-Letter self-correcting puzzle will give students a sense of confidence and success while fitting pieces together as they complete pictures and spell words. With the Complete Set of self-correcting Sight Word Puzzles, students will master 60 most common high-frequency and most essential sight words, gradually progressing in difficulty by matching color-coded letter pieces to each word to build spelling skills and word recognition. With the First 100 Sight Words Talking Boards students will have the opportunity to master 100 of the most common sight and high-frequency words. Students will learn the words correctly when they press a button under the word and the word is read aloud. This will definitely take away the frustration out of learning both high-frequency and sight words. Since these words make up three-fourths of words in beginning texts, students who master both common sight and high-frequency words have more confidence when reading beginning readers' books because they can quickly recognize half of a sentence. These words are also important because they build a foundation for reading comprehension and fluency.
