HMS Wildcats Take Time to Read! eREADERS Needed! My students need individual eReaders to use for novel studies, pleasure reading, and reading for research. eReaders will allow for book access as I convert our print library to a 21st century electronic library. Having eReaders in our library will also increase interest in reading, increase sustainability and differentiated access to books for all students. Other benefits of eReaders are that they are equipped with text to speech capabilities which will allow struggling readers and ESL students to access content to review information without relying on other students or teachers, increasing their independence and confidence. There are a variety of accessibility features which will allow our students to access more of the text than a traditional paperback book allows.
