My students do not get the opportunity to experience the true nature of our environment, let alone, farm life living in the inner city. My students will enlighten their knowledge with a first hand, observable, cycle of life. My goal is to enrich the life science curriculum so students will investigate and understand the continuity of life within the realm of the creation of life year after year. In addition, my students will gain responsibility in the cycle of life of a chicken or duck and compare that to human life, (i.e.) caring, watching and raising siblings at home and within a community.
