Jackie Kennedy said, "There are many little ways to enlarge your world. Love of books is the best of all.” Reading provides a window into the world around us. Please enlarge my students world by providing books for literacy circles. I want to create the love of reading in all my students. I provide students free choice reading from our library daily. However, we only have one copy of each novel available and each child needs their own. Each reading circle is grouped with 5 students. With literature circles the students take responsibility for their own learning and each have a job to do. The students are engaging and collaborating during their reading circle. You will make a world of difference in my students' lives by providing enough reading materials! These reading novels will enlarge their world! Thanks!
