Having access to these magazines will enhance the students' learning in key areas like science and social studies. Students will become engaged in important topics on a weekly basis. Students can be exposed to standards in a fun and exciting way. These magazines will incorporate not only science and social studies, but reading and math as well. We do not have a science and social studies curriculum at our school but need to teach both subjects daily. As teachers, we constantly are exploring ways to bring these subjects to life for our students. I believe Scholastic magazines will do just that.
