By having tablets in our classroom, this will give the students another instructional tool to further their learning. We will use educational games and apps on the tables to assist students with different concepts that are needed. Many students do not have access to technology at home so having them in the classroom gives them the chance to work with devices they may never have before. These tablets would be used during center time in small group settings but could also be used for whole group instruction in the classroom. This would be another form of learning that will help them to get away from solely using just pencil and paper.
