Have you ever struggled to communicate your ideas, thoughts, and answers? Many of my non-verbal K3 students face this frustration on a daily basis in school. These children need a way to communicate their wants, needs, and responses in the classroom in order to engage in learning and feel included as part of the class. By providing an alternate means of communication through the use of voice output devices, these little children will be able to participate in class with their verbal peers, and will take an active -not passive- role in their learning.
