How do you learn best? Where are you comfortable working? This year we are focusing on flexible seating to create the best possible learning environment for all students. Having extra seating options like stability balls, bean bag chairs, or just comfortable cushions will allow my students to excel. The students in my classroom are high energy 8 and 9 year olds who work and learn best in places of their choice. Whether it is a high energy student who needs to release energy while learning and bouncing on a stability ball or a student who concentrates better while cozy in their seat, having these options is critical in a child's learning experience.
