This year as a third year teacher I'm trying to focus more on smooth transitions and keeping my kids organized. I'm always trying to find ways to keep my kids organized and keep things running smoothly plus I love to teach them how to take responsibility for their things and keep our classroom looking nice. In PreK it's important to understand routine and structure, so teaching them how everything has a home in our classroom teaches them responsibility and keeps the structure of clean up time less chaotic. They are all mostly 4 years old so chaos comes with the job description, but we try and keep it to a minimum but still love to have fun!!
