I teach math to students who are challenged with math concepts on their grade level. They may need practice on number sense, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division. We use flashcards, blocks, dice, place value blocks, ten frames, part part whole cards, and many other manipulatives to help them to see how to grasp the many different concepts of math. They like to use videos on youtube of math songs. They love to sing and move to the music. It helps them to memorize the facts and to count by 2s, 5s, and 10s. When they are having fun learning, it sticks in their beautiful minds. School and learning help people to become life long learners. I am so privileged to have a career that I enjoy and love to do. I am so blessed. Donors Choose and the companies who are so kind and generous with their resources and money help us to succeed at our goals and we appreciate you all so much! We are forever grateful! Thanks!!
