My project will support students by meeting a need for books that reflect our diverse classes and student interests. Additionally, providing more flexible seating options and current and valuable texts in our library will transform or average classroom into a comfortable and engaging literary workspace. These books will encourage more independent reading and thoughtful discussions in our classroom, and increase empathy and understanding for all cultures. New seating and desk options will contribute to our goal of creating a welcoming environment for our students who are transitioning back to in-person learning.

About my class
