Our third grade usually consists of 100 to 110 students who come from very diverse backgrounds and often very low poverty levels. Finding ways to reach all of our student's needs is always a challenge. My plan is to have a boys book club with no more than nine or ten students that would meet twice a week before school starts each morning.
