I am beginning to look for different options in alternative seating for my classroom. Research has shown that when students are provided with the opportunity to move and fidget, they are able to concentrate better. I believe that with this set of stability balls, I can allow my students a chance to concentrate more and maximize their learning experience. It's hard to sit in a hard chair all day long. With this option, students will have the chance to feel more comfortable, but also get out their extra energy. This is the first step in creating alternative seating options in my classroom.
