Nothing is more heartbreaking when one of my students want to learn and be successful but can not because they don't have the basic supplies they need to complete the work they are asked to do. When student have their own complete set of supplies, they have a sense of pride and are more eager to succeed. These supplies will allow them to complete activities such as an entry in an interactive notebook, solving STEM related problems, or create a dinosaur research report. My parents struggle to get the supplies my students need, even though they work hard to provide for their families.

About my class
