My students love flexible seating. We currently have one Hokki Stool in our classroom and it is the most sought after chair in class. Students get to class early just so they can have a chance to sit on the stool. My students have begged me to get more of these stools in the classroom. These stools will improve the learning environment of our classroom and will keep students active. Students have told me that when they sit on the stool it helps them to stay engaged because they are able to wiggle. Middle school students need to move! I know having access to more flexible seating in our classroom will excite, enrich and engage my students in a more active learning environment.
