I want to help the students develop skills necessary to be successful in college, the workplace, and beyond. We would love team walking boards, and the Meteorite Mission Team Building Activity which require cooperation, communication, and perseverance. The Meteorite Mission is a simulation “designed to offer “real” or “perceived” mental, physical, social and emotional challenges that are fun and rewarding.“ Team walking boards will help develop strategies of communication which will increase their ability to succeed. The equipment will allow students to build their confidence, improve communication, and learn to interact effectively with other students. Building these foundation skills will improve their interaction with others whom they don't know. It will give them the confidence and ability to nail an interview, by talking about how they worked with a team to solve a problem. Getting students up and moving helps connect what we're discussing in class to real-life situations.
