Flexible seating gives students the opportunity to put more focus on their learning! With the amount of time that is spent in the classroom, it is hard for some learners to keep their focus on what we are learning. With flexible seating options students can get some of their energy out by simply sitting and moving while not disrupting other students in the classroom! I have used some flexible seating options in my classroom and have seen first hand how much of a difference it can make for certain students to be able to get out that access energy, and how much more learning happens in the process!
