Most of the time, I loose my students' interest in the lesson because they cannot see or have difficulty copying notes. By having a carpet in my classroom, it would significantly help with their attending to instruction because they will be close to the board and will be able to discuss the instruction with the other students in their class. Also, my students will be able to have an area where they can do their small group activities and centers. My students are currently completing their work on tile floor which is very uncomfortable. This will make the classroom to be more inviting and my students will feel like they can succeed!
