Did you know that data analysts begin looking at the number of illiterate 2nd and 3rd graders to determine how many jail cells will need to be built in the future? My goal is to make those construction sites obsolete! I have spent 3 years building my classroom library into something magnificent with varying genres and multiple levels of books so that I may reach ALL of my students. The only problem I have now is that there is no proper place to store my treasured books. The leveled library I'm requesting will enable my students to easily find their level and favorite genre with one quick glance! I want to eliminate the frustration the students get when they realize the book they grabbed is too difficult for them. I wish to save them time with organization so that they can settle in with a good book during center rotations. With your help, my students will become free of the stress from digging for an appropriate book!
