These books will be added to the rich collection that I already have, and it will give me a more diverse collection of books. I hope to inspire my freshman to read for the love of reading! The best way to improve reading fluency is to read more. These book titles, from lists of what other teachers say their kids are reading, will give my students more choices. Students will be able to choose books to read independently which will help them become better readers. Every book in my student library is special. These additional titles will increase the possibility that every student will be able to find something that interests them. My hope is to inspire them to see the importance of the printed word and the many places that stories can take them.
