Each day, our students complete literacy center rotations. Our school focuses on literacy as the main goal of education, as it serves as a foundation for all other subject areas. It is out goal to provide students with the foundation of strong literacy skills to help them succeed for the rest of their educational careers and beyond. The Language Instant Learning Centers and Phonemic Awareness Instant Learning Centers will help my students remain engaged during literacy centers, which will increase their literacy skills. Students who have fun while learning are likely to learn and retain more information! These instant centers will provide my students with a differentiated approach to literacy. I will place students in the centers that fit their needs for the day/week.
