Fifth grade students can be tech savvy when they have the tools to use technology. I would like to get 6 tablets for my Mathematics classroom to ensure every student has hands on experience with the growing use of technology in their society. Students can tap into their creativity and take it places they never imagined. Tablets can also be a great tool to get reluctant learners to become more confident and achieve success enabling them to become active learners. Learning coding, how to create podcasts, editing videos, and the many fun tools to help close the gap in their learning would not only make learning fun but enable them to feel confident as they continue their education in our technological world.

About my class
