Reading Olympics is a reading competition where my students read books and compete against other schools. With each student having their own copy of the books will enhance comprehension and allow them to do well in the competition. My students love getting their hands on a good book and always are asking to read in class. My students will also be using these books in regular reading class so being able to have the book in their hands will be awesome! Every year my students enjoy this competition and keeping them engaged in books will allow them to keep wanting to read and compete.
