As a fourth grade ELA teacher, I'm expected to reach every learner in my class. My class is composed of students of varying reading levels ranging from severely below grade level to high achievers. I want to provide instructions based on each student's individual needs. In order to do this, guided reading and small group instructions is a must. The horseshoe table that I am requesting will allow me to do just that-provide small group instructions to each student in my class regardless of their instructional level. This table will also enhance the appearance of my class because I want my classroom to look like a 21st century classroom. I need your help!
