My students love getting the opportunity to learn in many different ways and actually getting to use their hands to help their minds learn new things. They are excited to gain any new information and learning for them is easier with something in their hands. My class needs different accessories and resources to help add to their learning experiences in both reading and math. The math accessories will help them be able to see patterns using the pattern blocks, to create and put themselves in real life situations using the coin set. Their reading experience will be more enjoyable being able to follow along with pointers, time friends with sand timers, and practice phonics and sight words with the stamp ink, dry erase markers, and pocket chart.
