Hello, I am moving to a new grade this year, Kindergarten! I have taught mostly upper grades before so I am a bit overwhelmed trying to gather all the necessary supplies and equipment for the classroom. I heard about this wonderful organization through another teacher who asked for a tablet charging station last year and got one! As one of my team teachers was putting together the adorable cubbies from IKEA he purchased for his class at over 200 dollars today, I thought of your organization when I went back into my classroom to prepare. The school year is almost upon us and I am busy as most other teachers getting it all together before they arrive. I am lamenting the lack of a reading rug for the students. Doesn't everyone remember their first day of Kindergarten? I want it to be a great memory and start to their educational pursuits. I want them to feel like they have a special place on the carpet.
