Every classroom needs the right set-up in order for the children to be able to take full advantage of the learning that is available! In our community we have very limited resources and many students can't even afford to bring in pencils to school with them. With the anchor chart paper and pencils, I will be able to display pictures and notes for my students to refer back to during the lesson that they can copy down in the journals that I have provided for each student. In our classroom, we have many students who need the ability to move around constantly during the lesson, the exercise balls will allow them to be able to have some movement without distracting their peers from the lesson and will allow them to not have to be removed from the classroom where I need them to be fully engaged in the lesson.
