Many students in my classroom love movement and have a hard time sitting at their desks. Some classrooms use flexible seating successfully for all students. Students are supported by the Kore Wobble chairs that allow them move and wiggle without interrupting learning. Flexible seating has proven to help students pay attention and enjoy learning. Students love a change from sitting at their desks. They love to use clip boards while sitting on the carpet but lap desks would allow for a better work station and a neater finished project. Student have used these in other classroom and would like some of their second grade classroom. Students are excited to to use these and motivated to learn.
