This project to provide students with authentic literature relevant to current events and on grade level. This will increase vocabulary as well as integrate Science and Socail Studies into reading. Cozy Seats will allow for another alternative seating in my flexible seating classroom. Flexible seating creates an environment where students can choose where they learn best. They become metacognative and take responsibility for their learning. Students are encouraged to move when needed and most seating options allow for moving while working. Privacy shields allow students to create a private space away from others when the need time away from others.
