These donations will greatly impact the working environment in our classroom. Students will have the options to work at a desk/table with chairs using the chair bouncy bands, wiggle and wobble on the hokki stools, lounge on the floor using a yoga mat, or sit at table low to the ground. Students will be more focused, comfortable, and engaged in their learning. Sharing seating options will be another way to build a classroom community. They will have a more conducive workspace to work collaboratively and communicate with each other. Giving students choice, gives them power. I am excited to try to this new student-centered approach!
