My students come to class daily ready to take an Accelerated Reading (A.R.) quiz on their library books. However, with only one classroom computer it is difficult to have the time to allow all the students to take a quiz or two each day. By having two Mini iPads in our class, I can have an area set up for the kids to go and quietly take quizzes. Also, more students will be given an opportunity to take their quizzes daily if they want. Additionally, when the iPads are not being used for quizzing, they can be used by the students to do research for our writing projects.
