Many of my students have difficulty sitting throughout the day at school. While I offer them many ways to help maintain their focus, and try to get them out of their seats as often as possible, what we really need is flexible seating options. My students have suggested getting balance ball chairs. Balance ball chairs would offer my students the ability to focus during instruction while improving their overall health and wellness at the same time. I am confident that these chairs are just what my students need in the classroom to improve their concentration and therefore their ability to learn. Not only will these chairs help with focus, they will ensure that the students are also actively working on their posture all day long! Balance ball chairs improve overall back health, aligns the spine, relieves pain, and improves overall health. I can only imagine their excitement at seeing this project fully funded so that they can see their dream become a reality!
