Hello! My name is Brittany Newton and I have been teaching Kindergarten for the past 5 years. I have taught for 10 years in Pierson, FL, "The Fern Capital of the World." It is a very rural area of central Florida that has a high demographic of Spanish speaking farm workers and their families. We are a Title 1 school and have the highest ELL population in Volusia County. I absolutely adore my job and have lovingly nick-named my class the "KinderNewtons."
