The school supplies that we are requesting will be used everyday by our scholars. Every student will use them multiple times a day. The whiteboards will be used during guided reading, math, and writing. We will use them to help us build words, strategies in math, and writing during ELA. The paper, pencils, crayons will be used during art and to help us make books about what we are learning in each unit. Setting up low-income students with the materials and tools in class will help them be successful in their academic school year. Our year has gotten off to a GREAT start so far, but it will be even better in the long run if we have all of the necessary tools to be successful!
