We use a similar book in the AP US History class and it has helped my students do very well on the test. Instead of having to reread a textbook or my lecture notes, the students can study from this book in a shorter amount of time. It is very concise and also provides excellent tips on taking the exam. When we started AP European History we had 15 students; now it has grown to nearly 60 students in just three years, and we only have 40 of these review books. My students have done well on the national test and I know these books played a role in this. I also know that when my students in the past have used this book to help prepare for my classroom tests they do better.
