I would love to incorporate these awesome STEM novels in my 3rd grade classroom. We previously read the first novel in this series and my students absolutely LOVED it - these books teach STEM concepts with funny robot characters that keep my students engaged! I would love each student to have a copy of the novel as we read because they are full of scientific illustrations that help my class better understand what we are reading. The visuals are especially helpful for my ELL students as they develop new vocabulary. These novels help me integrate STEM and ELA standards and curriculum through funny stories about kids using science, technology, engineering, and math in real-world situations! Integrating subjects helps my class make strong connections between their learning. The first novel, Frank Einstein and the Electro-Finger, will fit perfectly with our Forces and Magnets and Engineering Design units. The next novel in the series, Frank Einstein and the Brain Turbo, aligns with our Health curriculum. Thank you so much for supporting our classroom! Your donation helps provide quality novels to students who don't have access to many books at home.
