We are requesting Hokki Stools to help provide additional physical activity throughout the day. These stools are ergonomic and they allow for movement while still being engaged in the academic activity. Many students do not get enough physical activity during the day and these stools are an easy way to build balance and core strength all while working on their academic activity! Being comfortable also helps students to be able to focus on their task. Physical movement also promotes a healthy body and a healthy mind. Hokki Stools promote good posture while sitting. This not only enhances core muscles but it also allows the lungs to work properly providing more oxygen to the brain.
