Physical skills, academic knowledge and socialization are practiced everyday in PE class! We are hoping to acquire Exercise Playing Cards and Balloon Covers (to work hard), Yoga Cards (to relax), and InstaPulse Monitors to learn the difference and keep it fresh. Helping young students accurately find and count their pulse is a challenging, yet important, skill -- and so much more successful with InstaPulse Monitors! Many children can use this equipment in a short span of time and learn what it feels like when they are in their Target Heartrate Zone. Additionally, they can use it to easily find their pulse when in a state of relaxation and begin to learn strategies to deal effectively with stress.
