All students have that desire to "play" with modern technology. I want to make that dream a reality. I just need help getting the items into my classroom. Technology has become a huge part of everyday life for most people. The problem is my students don't have the funds to enjoy that technology. I'm hoping that with these IPAD's I can help mold successful readers. The IPAD's will help a struggling child, who doesn't like reading, to become successful. The IPAD will allow the child to "play" and more importantly learn, while using this modern day book. There are thousands of games and books that can be downloaded for the children to use. With the IPAD a struggling reader can have the book read to them, while following along learning the words. An advanced reader will have the option to choose a book and read it themselves. My class can record themselves reading a book and listen to themselves read, which helps with fluency. The possibilities will be endless with your generous donation. Please help me make this a reality for my students. This will touch their lives, as well as, my future students to come.
