These Chromebooks will allow my students to practice on their individual goals and objectives. The hope is that I can supplement their ELA and Math work with additional resources found on the Chromebook.Students will have access to these laptops during classroom stations that will give my students access to curriculum and content that they have never been exposed to before. My students are currently five and six grade levels below their current grade and they do not have access to any work that is at their chronological level while also being academically appropriate for them. These computers will allow them access to programs like ReadTheory and Front Row Ed. that automatically assesses student learning and then gives work at appropriate levels. They will allow my students to gain computer skills and enhance their educational and foundational knowledge. It will also help me go green by not having to make copies over and over.
